About

Hi there!   The SHE DID THAT_FOOD  brand was created to inspire and empower women, teens, and girls on their wellbeing journey. 

My professional background includes a Doctorate in Public Health from Loma Linda University in 2013, a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Andrews University in 2007.  In 2007, I became a nationally credentialed Registered Dietitian. Since then, I have worked in clinical and home-care settings, taught and coordinated academic programs at tertiary education institutions.   Additionally, I am also a professionally trained plant-based chef. One of my greatest joys is to connect with individuals and groups around food and cooking. It is amazing how much food means to us.  Food is:
