My food philosophy is simple, delicious plant-forward cooking and eating (i.e. vegan, vegetarian) for the prevention, management, and reversal when possible of nutrition-related illnesses (i.e. pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS, endometriosis, high cholesterol, multiple food allergies).
