My food philosophy is simple, delicious plant-forward cooking and eating (i.e. vegan, vegetarian) for the prevention, management, and reversal when possible of nutrition-related illnesses (i.e. pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS, endometriosis, high cholesterol, multiple food allergies).

My counseling approach puts you in the center of our sessions, we collaborate to help you meet your healthy eating and wellness goals.
