At SpicesInc.com we guarantee total satisfaction. If you experience any problem with any of our products, shipping, or even if you just plain don’t like what you bought, please let us know. We’ll do what we can to make it right for you.

What are my shipping choices?

We ship using FedEx. We also offer FedEx’s ground.  Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.  

When will my order arrive?

We ship from Mississippi and most orders will be received within 2-7 business days. If you need a specific arrival date give us a call and we will gladly let you know what we have to do to get it there on that day. FedEx does not deliver on Sundays and some Holidays. 

International Shipping

We ship to all 50 states and US territories. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping and Handling charges (per shipping address)

We are committed to ensuring the quickest, most cost-effective way to get your products to you, and we hate high shipping rates when we place orders online as well. We charge a $10.90 FedEx flat rate shipping.

What if I need to return something? Return Policy COVID-19

Satisfying customers is absolutely our top priority.  In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. 

We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. 

Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and

give a refund unless it was “refused at delivery” and the box was not opened upon delivery.  Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on returns or canceled orders.

What happens if an item is back-ordered?

While it does not happen often, occasionally we may run out of product when trying to fill your order. Typically we will reach out to you to explore your options in this scenario. You may opt to wait for the product to be restocked or you can ask for a refund on the items that were not in stock. If you choose to backorder your product, it will ship out for you as soon as it becomes available again. All backorders will ship via FedEx Ground.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards.

Can I check out as a guest?

We are dedicated to extraordinary customer service. For this reason, we have added the option of checking out as a guest to our website. When checking out as a guest, please know that you will not be able to log in to view any tracking information or previous orders (as an account has not been created). Once you have created an account you will not be able to use guest checkout in the future.
