Our Production Facility Precautions

We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and are following all recommended guidelines and sanitization protocols of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in addition to our normal compliance with the Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Safety of Spices

SHE DID THAT_FOOD and its parent company LLBJ Culinary and Wellness Enterprises LLC sources the highest quality product from suppliers have exacting testing protocols in place to ensure the safety of all the spices, herbs and chiles that we purchase from them.

We and our suppliers continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and are following all recommended guidelines and sanitization protocols of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in addition to our normal compliance with the Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 

 CDC has stated that the risk of the virus coming from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures is low. According to the FDA it is “not aware of any reports at this time of human illnesses that suggest that COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or food packaging.”

We remain diligent in staying up to date on any impact COVID-19 might have on the food supply chain.
